NextPlane has scheduled a routine maintenance procedure in our NextPlane ConverseCloud Service.

Release of new features for NextPlane ConverseCloud Service.

In this month's release:
• Participation in Slack channels for the users of Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex Teams, Cisco Jabber, and Microsoft Skype for Business.
• New functionality for inviting external contacts from the nextplane App Home tab on Slack.
• Updated nextplane App messages and notifications for Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• External contacts' presence and custom status for Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Teams users.
